LET'S CHAT
Come to our shop or give us a call. The discovery session will get us started. We'll learn more about you, your needs, budget and property. We'll do a virtual site assessment and then look into your municipal by-laws to suggest the best fit for both you and your property.

ON-SITE OR VIRTUAL VISIT
We'll discuss and review the best location for your Aloft home and determine all aspects of delivery and installation.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
If we're a perfect fit for you, let's start bringing your ideal vision to life! Our modular designs offer a great foundation to start or customize. With finalized design and costing, we'll complete the full permit package.

CONTRACT REVIEW
We'll walk you through your unique Aloft project covering all costs associated with your home, from selection of finishes to installation. Once approved, material orders are placed and you are added to our build schedule.

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
Construction of your modular home will take place in our St Catharines facility. We encourage you to stop by as our expert team gets to work. Additionally we'll also prepare your site. It only takes a few days to get your space ready, so upon delivery day, you're well connected.

PRE-DELIVERY
Prior to leaving our factory, your happiness is our goal. We'll walk you through your home, review the delivery day and register all warrantable items on your behalf.

INSTALLATION DAY
Your home is completed, it's time to get moving. We'll carefully transport your new home to your prepared site. Invite your neighbours and watch as your new prefab ADU flies through the sky before landing in its final destination. Our team will take care of the final finishing touches, connect your utilities, make any final design tweaks, and get things ready for the final handover.

MOVE-IN
Let's celebrate! We'll take a final walk-through of your new home with you and answer any questions you might have. After this, the keys are yours and you're free to move in.
